• Premium materials by default. We don't quote builder-grade unless the spec calls for it. If you want long-life, impact-resistant, or designer shingles, we'll source them and stand behind the install.
• On-time scheduling. We give realistic windows and hit them. If something's going to slip, you hear about it before it does.
• Janelle on-site. Same as every job. She verifies the work matches the spec and signs off before we leave.
• Coordination with your GC. We communicate directly with your general contractor and stay out of your way on the schedule.
• Clean delivery. Magnetic nail sweep, debris cleanup, and a walkthrough at the finish.
